At the very start of our production process, we employ AI-powered sorting technology to intelligently classify PET bottles. This cutting-edge system analyses each bottle based on type and quality, ensuring that only the finest material is selected for recycling. The sorting process is carried out in 3 stages, ensuring thorough removal of contaminants and providing a pure feedstock for further processing.
Our advanced sorting technologies in the flakes stage further enhance the purity of the PET flakes produced:
- Eddy Current Separation: Removes non-ferrous metals from the PET material, ensuring high-purity flakes.
- 2-Stage Polymer Sorter: Effectively separates PET from other polymers, maintaining the integrity of the flakes.
- 1-Stage UV Sorter: Utilizes ultraviolet light to detect and remove any residual contaminants, ensuring pristine flakes.
Once the PET flakes are processed, they are transferred to our automatic packing station, which ensures precise and efficient packaging. This fully automated system guarantees uniformity and accuracy, reducing human error and optimizing the packing process.
